Gardenia

I got a few little Gardenia Radicans from Ebay a couple of month ago. They’ve gotten so much larger. Yes, this is still a pretty tiny plant right now (bonsai sized), but it came in a small 1in size container, now the roots are already growing out of this 4in container. I plan on re-potting it in a larger pot once it is through with flowering. This is the first bloom of this little plant, and like all gardenias, flowers smell amazing; I describe gardenia scent to be strong and creamy.

So far, Gardenia Radican has been easier to take care than my August Beauty Gardenia. For some reason, gardenias are just finicky plants. I practically have to baby my August Beauty to get it to survive and flower.
